My name is Martin, I’m from Ireland and I’m 23 years old.

Most days from 1800-0100 weekends all day and night usually (no irl atm cept college)
3. What is your prior guild history? What is your current guild, if any? Be detailed please, give us an approximate timeframe, and explain reasons for leaving.
When I dinged 70 the levelling guild (SPQR) I was in was at curator in karazhan when that was new content. My first raid with them I set the raid up as no officers had made any raids for about 2 weeks. After some time organising Kara raids every week unofficially the GM promoted me to officer and I stayed with that rank for the next 2 weeks, the guild failed to make the break into 25 man raiding and decided to merge with a guild that was at ssc/tk level (Bloodoath) but didn’t have enough players to raid every night. Some members stayed and some went back to SPQR which died soon after as it lost some of its most valuable players who stayed with Bloodoath. in Bloodoath there was a need for a fire resist tank for leotheras the blind but no one made any effort to farm the gear, so 1 week later I got the full fire res gear from badges and we killed Leo that week, soon after I was promoted to officer, after a while it became clear that the guild wasn't going to be able to kill kaelthas so me and a few other officers decided to rip the guild apart and make a new guild which is my current guild (Saluti Mortem)

4. What is your past raid experience in WoW?
Nothing, in vanilla as I only dinged 70 when tbc came out
In tbc I cleared karazhan, ssc, tk, mh, and BT up to RoS
In wotlk I cleared naxx 10/25, ulduar25 only (as I didn't like the whining about the "elite" 10man group)
flv 4 towers, XT heartbreaker, freya 2 knocks, hodir cache.

busting my balls for every slot to upgrade to the best i can get, pugging everything i can get my hands on XD (upgrading daily so may have some stuff unenchanted on armory. dw, chants inc)
Kakistos: /played of ~15 days
Human: as the spirit racial seems to be the best dps racial and emfh works great for some pve encounters which have CC elements.
warlock: as this is the class that i am most experienced with overall, most of my tbc experience is on my orc warlock. my wotlk experience is mostly on my warrior.

destruction as it is currently the best dps spec available. and i've been playing destro since i started raiding ssc/tk, i was different back then for sure, but its all around the same principle. the massive scaling of the percentage increases in damage and it really is the most interesting spec to play for me atm too (i like big flashy numbers)
7. Please explain the role of your class in high end raid content.
Main role: DPS, whats a warlock without sick dps? a noob.
Secondary role: as with every class in the game my secondary role is to provide whatever assistance that i can see i can give to another raid member, soulstones in combat when somone KNOWS they're gonna die (tank taking too many stacks of debuffs on beasts heroic for example) or simply cc'ing a mob that is lose in the raid (this is also a reason i chose shadowfury in talents over sl or shadowburn) whatever way i can. a raid exists for 1 purpose. to support eachother to do the job that we have been assigned to the best of our abilities. if we weren't there to assist eachother then why are there 25 people instead of just 1.
8. Why do you want to join Nex Noctis?
Because atm my guild is disbanding due to lack of raiding and merging with another guild at higher content. I don’t like skipping content. I would rather wipe for hours on a new boss than get boosted by people that already done it.
9. Who do you know in Nex Noctis? How do you know them?

10. How is your latency on Executus? Do you ever lag or disconnect? Do you ever get crashes?
Not till battle net became mandatory. Around 70-190 ms normally. Game crashes are really very rare.
11. Are you able to talk and listen on ventrilo to follow raid instructions?
I pride myself on my ability to do whatever job I am asked to do. THAT’S THE POINT OF RAIDING. If you have a job you do it.
12. Do you accept the rules, read forums daily and are you able to farm for gear/consumables if necessary?
I accept the rules; I read forums pretty much hourly unless I’m raiding, and my income... I’d be MORE than happy to show you my banks income if you want me to log it sometime 
13. Is there anything else you would like us to know outside this application template?
Although this char isn't the best geared I am unwilling to transfer my old chars as they really are a part of the home that I made for myself on my old realm. Perhaps one day we will see the return of my dk tank and possibly my paladin healer could change factions at some stage but you won’t see an application from any char except this one. I am coming here to set up home for myself as there are so many people here that I enjoy spending time with, my old realm and guild has become about "the people I raid with" instead of the family it was when I created the guild.
