1. Please tell us a bit about yourself. Where are you from, how old are you?
My name is Mick Zandstra. I'm 19 years old and live in Alkmaar, a place in the Netherlands near Amsterdam. I just started studying finance and i work parttime as a storage worker at Sony.

2. Please list your playtimes below (in-game time), be specific (e.g. Monday: 18:00 to 02:00, etc.). Do you expect those playtimes to change within the next 4-6 months? And will you be able to attend all of our raid days?
My playtime during the week changes because of school, though the last i can be online is around 17:00. This counts for everyday. I'll be available for every raidday and every raid, though i might miss a raid or two because of personal business.

3. What is your prior guild history? What is your current guild, if any? Be detailed please, give us an approximate timeframe, explain reasons for leaving.
I started playing WoW when TBC just hit, and been in a couple of guilds since then:
Insomnia   -   Started raiding in TBC with them, cleared KZ and killed Gruul. Shortly after the guild disbanded.
The Dutch Knights   -   Kind of a semi-social guild. We did some raids, but mostly KZ and in a very late stadium we did some Gruul. I was mostly in there because the guildmaster was the father of two of my best friends.
Nal Ra   -   This was the guild where i spend most of my TBC raiding time in. I joined them when they just started SSC / TK. Cleared everything with them besides Sunwell. We even got attuned to MH / BT before the no attunement patch. Also we killed Illdan before the meganerf. Because the guild was split into two groups: the decent players and people we dragged along, and the officers didn't do anything about it, we failed miserably in Sunwell, and after a couple of weeks of whiping i decided to kick it higher and apply to XZ. It was a hard decision since i had been raiding with Nal Ra for more then a year, but i simply couldn't care anymore because the officers seemed to not want to clear all content.
eXistenZ   -   I got accepted to XZ when they just cleared the twins in Sunwell. I kinda got boosted trough the first four bosses and then joined along on Mu'ru progress. We got very far but the patch came close and we wanted to kill Mu'ru before he got mega nerfed. On the tuesday before the patch we had a 4% whipe on him and we didn't manage to kill him. The next day when he was nerfed to the ground we one shot him and the following day killed Kil'Jaeden as well. When WotLK launched i raided with XZ through Naxx, Sartharion, Eye of Eternity and 12/14 of Ulduar. I went idle for a while and when i came back they had far progressed in hardmodes. I went idle again because of an internship i got over the holidays, and now a few weeks ago i came back my gear was simply too outdated for their current progress. I joined a few saturday alt raids in 25-man TotC and Onyxia, but i see my chances on getting a full raid spot back very low. That's why i'm looking for a new guild.

My spec is a commonly used destro-warlock build. I have my second spec with 3% extra hit since i like to switch out gear and sometimes lack some hit rating because of that.

7. Please explain the role of your class in high end raid content.
Putting out damage, soulstones, healthstone, applying curses etc. etc.

8. Why do you want to join Nex Noctis?
I'm looking for a guild which i seem fit. NN seems like a steady pacing guild with decent progress and kind people. That's all i'm looking for.

9. Who do you know in Nex Noctis? how do you know them?
Magnoon, i know him from... I don't even know actually. He was at a guild meeting from TDK, and I just know him as I know most dutch raiders on Executus.
Lacunas / Carapils, his main is in Nex Noctis and i don't actually know what the name of his main is... I know him from TDK
Lowl, same as Lacunas, i know he's in the guild but i don't know under what character name he is playing now.

10. How is your latency on Executus ? Do you ever lag or disconnect ? Do you ever get crashes ?
Low, No and No.

11. Are you able to talk and listen on ventrilo to follow raid instructions?
All of the above.

12. Do you accept the rules, read forums daily and are you able to farm for gear/consumables if necessary?
Yes i am.

13. Is there anything else you would like us to know outside this application template?
Well maybe my gear might not be the best, but i hope you can see i'm a dedicated raider and i'm someone who can stick around for a long time.
