What we expect from our members and trials. 1. Mature We want our members to be on their best behavior all the time, if something is wrong, speak with an officer about it. You should be able to take a joke, and of course be able to handle constructive criticism. Also think about what you are saying in guildchat, as we have people from both genders in the guild. 2. Up-to-date You need to be up to date with, your gear, the right enchants and gems will get you a long way. You need to be updated with what content we are raiding. 3. Good player Not just a good player in gear, but more importantly how you play your class. While leveling your character to 80, you should know your class by now. You should also be able to make quick decision in chaotic situations. 4. Available No brainer, we have no use for you if you're not available for raids. Due to this reason we have decided that people with rank Raider and above, can have active alts in the guild. However, if the alts havn't been logged on for more than a month, they will be kicked. We use calender for sign ups. If you cannot come for multiple raids you should make a post on the forum. We do expect players to be ATLEAST 2 out of 3 raids. Raid rules You should be ready for raid at 19:00, that's 15 minutes before the invites start. By ready meens; Repaired, enough flasks/elixirs and foodbuff for the evening, beeing close to the instance. Raid invites start at 19:15 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and will end at 23:00 or sometimes alittle longer depending on how the group feels. These raids are for Recruits and up, meening no Socials and no alts, unless asked ofcourse to fill a spot. These raids are our primary raids and will be Heroic raids in Wrath of the Lich King. Secondary raids such as old content and 10 man raids are free to everyone in the guild to join. You need to be prepared, knowing what the bosses will do is a good way to cheat the encounters of becoming easier. Asking questions is not stupid, and is preventing stupid wipes. Better ask and get an answer instead of not asking and looking like a fool when we wipe. If you do something wrong, like forgetting something, don't be afraid to tell it. It's better that you said it and amitted it, than someone finds it out. During raids, you should have all consumable that benefits the role you have in the raid, meening, flasks/elixirs, foodbuff, reagents. These are mandatory to use, as all of us are kinda tired of wiping at 1% on a boss because 1 or 2 persons didn't use consumables. During 25 man raids, there will be no long breaks. We will take maybe a 5 minute break half way for people to go to the toilet or something. But no longer breaks. Ofcourse if something comes up, the easiest thing to do, is to tell the raidleader about and he/she will make a decision about it. And yes, you will obey that decision. When we take 5 minutes break for a smoke or something, it's 5 minutes, not 6 minutes. 5 minutes is basicly enough to go to the toilet and get something to drink. Loot rules For 25 man raids is dkp, with Mainspec > Offspec. During new content, Core Tanks will have prio on tier items, to ensure that they will withstand the damage the boss is putting out. For 10 man raids, Mainspec > Offspec. That's all. When moving to next tier content, all DKP will be wiped and everyone starts from 0. Also when this stage is reached we will not earn any dkp from previous content. This is what you will get DKP from First boss kill on progression raids: 3dkp Farmed boss kill will give: 1dkp Ontime DKP: 1dkp Bonus DKP for a good raid (RLs decision): 1-10dkp Standby DKP: Same as the raid, but it's your responsibillity to get it aswell. How we work with DKP We work with a system of set item prices. To ensure that the looting will go as fast and smooth as possible. The masterlooter have the right to deny an item going to one player, but he or she needs to have a good reason for doing so. One good reason is forexample: melee prio vs ranged prio. One bad reason is forexample: healer prio vs dps prio. Or simple, "I don't like you". Itemcosts Weapons Two handers: 15 dkp One handers: 10 dkp Ranged: 5 dkp Shields: 5 dkp Held in offhand: 5 dkp Idols/Librams/Sigils/Totems: 5 dkp Armor Tier Items: 10 dkp Bracers: 5 dkp Helmet: 7 dkp Shoulders: 7 dkp Chest: 7 dkp Gloves: 7 dkp Belt: 6 dkp Leggings: 7 dkp Boots: 6 dkp Rings: 6 dkp Necklaces: 6 dkp Trinkets: 5 dkp | ||
